DIY Bloody Mary Bar
Your choice of Absolut or St. George green chile vodka with made-to-order Mary mix and an assortment of the usual delicious Bloody Mary condiments!

Country Fried sunflower cutlet smothered in our delicious vegan country gravy. Served with fresh herb roasted potatoes and choice of toast.

Skits 'n' Gravy
Our very own vegan biscuits covered with country gravy. Served with fresh seasoned red potatoes and fruit.

Hogthrobs' Breakfast Sandwich
House made vegan egg with provolone (or vegan Chao cheese) with your choice of Happy ham, house made bacon or sausage on a toasted English muffin. Served with seasoned red potatoes and fruit.

Vegan Eggs Benedict
A toasted English muffin topped with vegan herb cream cheese spread, fresh baby spinach leaves, tofu sunny side up egg, Happy Ham, Roma tomato and our scrumptious home made vegan Hollandaise. Served with a side of fruit.

Big Ass Brunch-A-Rito (B.A.B.)
House made tofu scramble, black beans, seasoned red potatoes, melted cheddar cheese and salsa all wrapped in a sun-dried tomato tortilla.

Jabba Style Brunch-A-Rito
Our Big Ass Brunch-A-Rito with chipotle vegan sausage, smothered in house-made chile verde and drizzled with vegan sour cream.

Buzznardo (GF)
Housemade tofu scramble, seasoned red potatoes, black beans, and cilantro on a bed of baby spinach with a side of two soft corn tortillas and salsa.


All sandwiches served with your choice of fresh herb-roasted potatoes, house
salad, or chips and salsa. If you want it vegan, just ask!

Lentil-sage Field Roast, roasted red onions, fresh mozzarella and creamy roasted garlic spread on toasted ciabatta bread. Served with vegan au jus.

Darth Reuben
Roasted tomato Field Roast, Ementhaler Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and house made remoulade, on toasted marbled rye.

Wrap of Khan
Fajita seasoned strips of Field Roast tossed with grilled red onions and red bell peppers, melted pepper jack cheese and diced tomatoes. Drizzled with chipotle aioli and wrapped in a sun-dried tomato tortilla.

Vegan ‘ham’, green chilis, cheddar, baby greens, Roma tomato and chipotle aioli on a toasted whole-wheat hoagie bun.

Chef Salad
Vegan ‘ham’, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumber, and fresh arugula tossed in housemade vegan ranch dressing and topped with vegan bacon bits and toasted sunflower seeds. Served with rustic bread slices.

Tofu "Chicken" Caesar
Chopped Romaine hearts tossed in housemade vegan Caesar dressing and topped with strips of marinated tofu, Parmesan cheese and housemaid croutons.


Chips and Salsa (GF)
Yellow corn chips served with locally crafted salsa.

Leia's Tacos (GF)
Two hard or soft corn shells filled with GLC’s house made vegan taco "meat", shredded romaine, diced tomatoes and shredded aged cheddar. Served with housemade salsa.

Three Little Pigs Three mini corn dogs. We took Field Roast dogs, dipped them in our homemade cornmeal batter and fried 'em up. Served with our special "ketch-aard" and Mojo mustard. 7.73
